That's OK! I specifically designed Signature Program Lab to be go-at-your-own-pace with lifetime access, so there isn't any pressure or "falling behind." Take the time you need to get caught up on life, then come back to SPL when you can. I'll be here to support you then.

"How do I manage my payment information?"

To view or update your payment details:

  1.  Log in to Signature Program Lab
  2. Click on your profile photo in the top right corner
  3. Select "Settings"
  4. Access your billing and payment plan information

Here you can:

- Update your credit card information

- View remaining payments

- Check payment schedule

 

 

PAYMENT PLAN INFORMATION

 

If you have selected to make payments for access to Signature Program Lab, it is your responsibility to read and understand the details of your payment plan and maintain those payments as per the legal contract you agreed to upon joining.

Key Payment Details:

- Payments process automatically using the payment method provided at checkout

- Payments occur on the same day of the month as your initial purchase

- New payment methods must be added at least 24 hours before the next scheduled payment

- If a payment is declined, you will lose access to program content until your account is restored to good standing

- This is not a membership, and payment plans cannot be canceled

Important: Failure to make a payment does not absolve you of the responsibility to make that payment. Failure to make a payment may result in legal action or use of a collections agency at the discretion of Shawn Mynar Holistic Health LLC.

  

REFUND POLICY/MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

 

Due to the digital nature of the course material and immediate access to all contents, refunds are only available through our money-back guarantee program.

To qualify for the money-back guarantee, you must:

  1. Complete all assigned coursework with proof of completion, including:

   - All workbook assignments

   - Coaching call attendance

   - Video completion records

  1. Demonstrate application of course concepts to your business
  2. Submit your refund request within 6 months of purchase date
  3. Provide evidence that the program did not yield results equivalent to its cost

- All refund decisions are at the Company's sole discretion

- Refunds, if granted, will be less any external fees

- No refunds will be considered after 6 months from purchase
