I'm a certified nutritionist who's passionate about the healing power of a ketogenic diet, especially for women.

In 2015, I got really sick with an unknown, invisible illness. Extremely low energy, brain fog, unexplained weight gain, massive inflammatory responses, wonky periods...I was a mess.

After months of searching for answers, I was finally diagnosed with CIRS (chronic inflammatory response syndrome) due to toxic mold exposure.

As a nutritionist, I knew that I could use a ketogenic diet to help with some of the symptoms I was experiencing. But, as I did some research to prep myself for this change in my diet, I realized something...all the info I was finding was coming from a man.

Their advice wasn't taking into account the differences between men and women, specifically when it comes to diet, metabolism, and hormones.

So, I made my own system and followed my own plan to get my body into the healing state of ketosis and become a fat-burning machine. 

The results were astounding.

Not only did I find relief from these symptoms that had been plaguing me for months, but my body began healing itself at a rapid rate. Even my doctors were blown away!

I knew that I was on to something, and I needed to share it with more women so they could experience this level of health and healing.

From there, the Fat Burning Female Project was born alongside the Keto For Women Show podcast.
